Houston, Texas — Upstart Texas country quartet Chad Cooke Band has just signed an exclusive deal with 3 Leaf Entertainment. The agreement comes on the heels of the band’s most recent single “Life Behind Bars” hitting No. 1 on the Texas Regional Radio Report chart.
Founded by Mike Williams in 2004, 3 Leaf Entertainment is an artist management and event production company that has worked with Texas and red dirt talent such as Brandon Rhyder, Josh Grider, Jason Eady and more. Prior to starting his own company, Williams worked directly with Texas legends including Pat Green,Charlie Robison, Cory Morrow, and Robert Earl Keen.
“Mike has proved early and often the abilities of commitment, integrity, and the absolute willingness to fight for us on every level,” says Chad Cooke Band. “We look forward to 2020 with great ambition, and that means heading back to Nashville this month to begin work on the new record!”
Comprised of four hard-working, cowboy crooner Houstonites, the Chad Cooke Band released their first album Easy Way Home in 2016. Singles “Oil Man” and “Come and Take It” cracked the Top 50 of Texas radio as the band won its way into hearts one rowdy show at a time.
The Chad Cooke Band takes cues from world famous groups like Brooks and Dunn and the Eagles, opting to have all four members singing harmonies in a free and easy blend of country and rock and roll. Cooke and company released sophomore album Risk It All in 2018, with the album’s first single “Whatever It Takes” earning honors as the longest-charting single on Texas radio.
In their few short years, the band has taken the stage with artists like Aaron Watson, Whiskey Myers, Marshall Tucker Band, and more.

Thanks to his experience in live event production with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, 3 Leaf Entertainment’s Mike Williams knows a promising live act when he sees one. “Music is my life, and my complete passion,” Williams says. "There is not a day in my life that I don’t have it heavily involved in one form or other. It brings people together, takes people back in time, and really shares a creative art form that will never die.
